Discover the role

In this role you will be reporting to Supervisor Legal. The Senior Paralegal, will handle all legal and administrative matters of client companies and is able to maintain and develop relationships with domestic and foreign advisors, banks and shareholders taking into account the existing procedures of TMF Group. The Candidate is part of a dedicated client team and has delegated responsibility to keep the client files in good legal standing. You will be joining a warm and engaged team of around 10 persons, with a focus on real estate, capital markets and fund services.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Assists the Legal team with administrative tasks (account openings, publications, filings…) 
  • Serves as central point of contact for correspondence with clients, banks, notaries and other relevant parties;
  • Assists in handling day to day legal and corporate matters for our client companies under the supervision of the Legal Team such as incorporations, liquidations, annual meetings of shareholders, board meetings, share purchases etc.;
  • Takes care of registration with the Commercial Court, UBO register and other registrations;
  • Assist with KYC;
  • Training of the junior members within the team;
  • Assists with both Group and Directorship clients (preparation of the documents and arrange for the signature) and keeping the overview and procedures up to date for these clients.

 

Key requirements

  • Has either a Bachelor law degree or a degree in Rechtspraktijk or parallel by experience;
  • Dutch or French mother tongue, with a solid knowledge of the other;
  • Very good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience;
  • Hands-on mentality;
  • Takes ownership;
  • Team player with a flexible attitude;
  • Eye for detail;
  • Rigorous and organized;
