About the role:
The Admin Staff / ISO Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and compliance, ensuring that all administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Support Services: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Assist in local lodgments and banking activities for TMF internal and external clients matters. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Event Planning: Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings, and take detailed minutes. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
ISO Standards Implementation: Act as local ISO officer of the office. Maintain ISO standards within the office. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Provide training and support to staff on ISO procedures and best practices. Prepare and maintain documentation related to ISO compliance.
