About The Role:

This position requires a HR & Payroll professional experienced in Systems Integration to play a significant role in supporting our HRP Global Practice and Global Solutions team in offering and delivering a wide range of options to meet the ever-changing requirements in the global HCM technology landscape.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Mapping Documents and Functional Specification.
  • Gather the business requirements and interpret those to functional document and detailed business rules document.
  • Work in a structured and logical way with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide inputs to Test Strategy documents.
  • Follow-up acceptance testing in liaison with business users.
  • Review specifications and test documentation.
  • Liaise and Clarify doubts with development, business and systems support teams.
  • Participate in Effort Estimation, Work scheduling process with Leads/Managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domain.
  • Participate with Leads best practices, systems, and methodology.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Meeting with various stakeholders to understand the scope of projects.
  • Working closely with development and project support teams.
  • Identifying, understanding, verifying and confirming business requirements.
  • Help in Work Planning and Test strategy based on project requirements.
  • Working on multiple projects at one time.
  • Ensure Cross Functional Coordination, effective utilization of resources, proactive visualization and
  • management of risks and issues.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, functional specifications.
  • Clarify doubts on functionality from Dev and Tech team.
  • Provide Daily / Weekly update on progress of work.

Education & Capabilities:

  • At least 4+ years related work experience in working on multiple projects .
  • Domain experience in Payroll/ HR/ Accounting / Finance is a must.
  • Must have done File / Field level mapping of data input and output.
  • Should know all business scenarios around Payroll data.
  • Intermediate level understanding of ERP HR systems like SAP HCM, Workday etc..
  • Experience on working with HCM Systems like Workday will be an added advantage.
  • Basic SQL / or Database related knowledge.
  • Must have experience in defining Test Scenarios.
  • Alteryx experience would be an advantage.
  • Workday Certification will be preferred
  • API's, Webservices, ADF experience would be an advantage.
