Discover the role

As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. In this job your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients in Bulgaria are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll.

Key responsibilities

  • Collection of all necessary information from the client;
  • Accurate payroll calculation for our clients in the provided payroll system/program;
  • Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll related payments;
  • HR administration;
  • Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
  • Labor legislation compliance;
  • Social security and health insurance compliance;
  • Keep up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation;
  • Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.

 

Key requirements

  • University degree in HR, Accounting/Finance or similar;
  • 2–3 years previous experience with Payroll calculations / HR administration and knowledge of the HR legislation;
  • Advanced level of English language;
  • Excellent computer literacy;
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
