Job Purpose:

The HR Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating HR projects within the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role acts as a communication bridge between the HR Director and local HR teams, facilitating the implementation of HR processes, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the coordinator ensures data accuracy, provides insights into HR reports, monitors compliance, and supports the annual performance management and pay review cycle. This position requires close collaboration with Group Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the HR Regional Delivery Center (RDC).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage HR projects with the APAC region, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines. As many HR projects come from the Group COE’s, this also requires close collaboration.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the HR Director and the local HR teams, ensuring clear and effective information flow. This will also include communication with HR for Global Functions and the HR RDC.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the local implementation of new and existing (cyclical) HR processes, policies, and procedures across different countries, ensuring consistency and compliance with global policy. This in close cooperation with the HR RDC on all processes that are supported from the HR RDC and on Group COE’s for cyclical processes.
  • Support data accuracy efforts by regularly and critically reviewing HR data. Add additional insight to centrally generated HR reports and dashboards, by following up on hotspots and Red/Amber markers and collecting commentary about root causes and actions. Provide regular updates to the HR Director/HRBPs on regional activities and metrics.
  • Monitor HR compliance to the policies and processes within each country. This is close cooperation with the HR RDC on all processes that are supported from the HR RDC.
  • Support the annual performance management and pay review cycle coordination.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or project management within an international environment.
  • Experience working with HR processes and policies across multiple countries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and/or data management systems, with a keen eye for data accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to analyse HR data, provide insights, and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to ensure consistency and compliance with global HR policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with performance management and compensation review cycles.
  • Capability to monitor HR compliance and follow up on compliance issues effectively.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data.
