About the Role

The Assurance and Accreditations Analyst shall be supporting the assurance and accreditations related activities performed by Group Information Security function. The person will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance of TMF Group’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification and ISAE 3402 accreditations programme.

 
Key Responsibilities

ISO 27001 certification implementation and maintenance which includes but not limited to:

• ISMS policy and its relevant documentation including annual ISMS document reviews.
• Support and facilitation of ISMS audit related activities.
• ISMS monitoring reports
• Support ISMS related projects and tasks as assigned.

ISAE 3402 Implementation and audit coordination which includes but not limited to:

• Support ISAE 3402 controls compliance reviews and assessments
• Support and facilitation of ISAE 3402 audit related activities.
• Provide data-driven analysis to aid management in decision making to address risk and issues as required.
• Escalate risks and coordinate actions needed to mitigate risks.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Key Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holder in business or any related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in ISO 27001 certification; Certified ISO Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of information security environment and controls will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ISAE 3402/Service Organisation Controls (SOC) would be an added advantage. 

Soft skills requirements:

• Strong self-organisation and prioritisation skills; Ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills; Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of staff.
• Able to accommodate to flexible working hours. 
• Excellent communication skills; Candidate must be proficient both written and spoken in English. Additional known languages would be an added advantage e.g. Spanish, Mandarin or any other foreign language.

Key knowledge and experience

• Total experience 5+ years
• At least 2 years of experience in ISO 27001 certification; Certified ISO Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
