HR Business Partner – Japan, Korea and RDC (China and Malaysia)
Key responsibilities
Assist the HR Director, Market Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and RDC from China and Malaysia to provide all-round HR services including but not limited to recruitment, training & development and compensation & benefits:
Recruitment:
Partnering with talent acquisition team for all levels of staff up to Senior Executive positions (JB4), to support immediate and mid-term business and headcount requirements
Implement interns and fresh graduate recruitment program including career talk, hiring and ensure the smooth running of the program
To be the HR business partner with HODs on providing comments and inputs on talent selection and internal transfer
Conduct the full cycle on onboarding including orientation presentation, office tour, department introductory session, etc.
Training & Development:
Partner and work with Department Heads and departmental training committee in training & development/workshop coordination and implementation, through online, classroom, face-to-face training
Support in all aspects of training matters including identification of training needs, training facilitations and evaluation of training programs
Coordinate training programs including Senior Leadership Program, Basecamp training, Client Excellence Program, Sales Essential Program, etc.
Rolling out High Potential Program for Japan and Korea including the collection of candidates’ assessment, people development program coordination with also arrangement on mentoring program independently
Independently arrange cross-department learning sessions for all employees
Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) for new and resigned staff, prepare monthly reports for ISO & BCM requirements and tackle the issues raised by employees
Handle the TMF Business Academy preparation independently. Liaise with regional Business Academy counterparts and HODs on consolidating the training needs and plans
Compensation and benefits:
Working closely with HR-RDC to update HR systems (JML, ESS & Sage) for new and resigned staff
Assist in managing compensation and benefits administration work
Participate and working with HR Director in HRIS data migration project including UAT, parallel run, and maintain the HR database up to date
Support and implement global, regional and local C&B initiatives such as year-end review, benefits review, etc.
Employee Relations & others:
Partner and work with HODs in developing/designing staff retention/engagement arrangement
Participate in organizing and coordinating corporate events and staff relations activities such as seminars, yoga classes, charitable activities, family day, Christmas party, annual dinner, etc.
Assist in implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
Co-ordinate HR audit with internal and external auditors including ISAE, ISO 27001, etc.
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Prepare HR monthly reports including attrition rate reports, headcount reports, etc.
Current Job specific requirements
Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
5 years or above relevant experiences in multinational organization and Human Resources field
Hands on experience in all round human resources functions
Experience in conducting international HR projects
Good communication skills in Japanese and English, knowledge of Korean is highly preferred
Good PC skills, especially on MS Excel and Powerpoint
Detail-minded, energetic, hands on and pragmatic
