Discover the role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to both employees and managers. You will work closely with the HR Team in order to deliver an HR agenda that closely supports the overall business objectives and priorities of the organisation. The HR Business partner contributes to the achievement of business objectives in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and competency development through being a trusted advisor on these topics. You will play an active role in HR projects and ensure policies and processes are embedded and practiced within the business while maintaining positive employee relations and compliance with legislation and company policies, practices and procedures.

At this role you will have a possibility to work in a hybrid model from our office in Warsaw.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters incl. recruitment, performance management, engagement, employee relations, trainings, change management and organizational development
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR and Labor Law matters, resolve complex HR issues
  • Coordinate and manage the employee lifecycle processes
  • Shape HR policies and procedures
  • Implement global and local HR processes
  • Manage HR related projects
  • Analyze HR data (incl. key HR metrics: absence, attrition, engagement, overtime, HC) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, provide insights and recommendations to drive HR initiatives
  • Recognize employees’ and managers’ training needs, recommend effective solutions and monitor execution
  • Support in all day-to-day HR office tasks as required

 

About you:

  • 2 years of work experience as a Junior HR Business Partner/HR Generalist/HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in multinational organization, matrix environment
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, HR or other related field
  • Advanced level of English - you will be using the language on a daily basis
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, PL Labor Law and employment regulations
  • Strong ability to understand the organization's strategic goals and align HR strategies accordingly
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management and organizational development
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
