Job Purpose

Assists the Department in providing professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures, as well as supporting the Department in all associated administrative tasks.  Support and work with less and more experienced colleagues ensuring an efficient, professional a high-quality service is provided to the client in an accurate and timely manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients;
  • Supervises the handling of full set of routine company secretarial documents;
  • Communicates with clients independently;
  • Oversee issuing of invoices and ensuring payments are made;
  • Ensure filing deadlines are met;
  • Ensures accurate maintenance of statutory records for clients;
  • Ensures accurate update and maintenance of records/information in ViewPoint;
  • Participates in projects when required to do so;
  • Provides administrative support to the team as required;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Key Requirements

  • Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to articulate and communicate with clients in a concise and professional manner
  • Fluency in English is essential
